We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to re-book the Property on short notice.

Hurricane & Severe Weather
If a mandatory evacuation order is issued for Walton County, Florida during your stay, you will receive a full refund for any unused nights. If a named storm is forecast to make landfall within 48 hours of your check-in, we will work with you to reschedule or refund at our discretion.
How to Cancel
Email stay@mooresunnydaze.com with your reservation number. Cancellations are effective upon receipt of our confirmation reply. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Early Departure
No refunds are provided for early departure once your stay has begun, including voluntary departure or eviction for violation of House Rules.
