House Rules

Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests

No more than 8 people may stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted but must not exceed community pool capacity limits. Events and parties are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM

Maravilla is a family-friendly community. Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Respect your neighbors - sound carries easily between balconies.

No Smoking

Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. Violation incurs a $500 remediation fee.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before booking. Unauthorized pets incur a $300 cleaning fee.

Pool & Beach

• Pool hours: 8 AM - 10 PM. No glass containers in the pool area.
• Beach access is through the east gate (2-minute walk). Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower before entering the unit.
• Children under 14 must be supervised at the pool and beach.
• Pool wristbands are provided - please wear them. Lost wristbands: $25 replacement fee.

Parking

Spot #1403 is reserved for your unit. Maximum 2 vehicles. No trailers, RVs, or boats without prior approval. Do not park in other spots.

Trash & Recycling

Trash chute is located at the end of the hallway on each floor. Please bag all trash before disposing. Recycling bins are next to the trash chute. Leave bins by the front door Tuesday night for Wednesday morning pickup.

Check-Out Checklist

• Load and start the dishwasher
• Place all used towels in the bathtub
• Take out all trash to the chute
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return parking pass to the kitchen counter
• Check-out by 10:00 AM - late checkout may incur an additional night's charge

Damages

Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. A damage deposit or hold may be applied depending on booking terms.
