These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moore Sunny Daze website and the booking of vacation rental accommodations at Maravilla 1403, 2385 Scenic Gulf Dr, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 ("the Property"). By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved deposit as specified at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorize Moore Sunny Daze to charge the total amount shown at checkout to your provided payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy published on our website. Please review it before booking. Refund amounts depend on the notice period provided before the check-in date.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional night's charge.

4. Occupancy & Use

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Events, parties, and gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. The Property is for residential vacation use only. Commercial use, including photography or filming for commercial purposes, requires prior written approval.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the Property with care and respect. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused during your stay. Please report any issues promptly. The guest who made the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.

6. Liability

Moore Sunny Daze and the Property owners are not liable for personal injury, accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Use of the pool, beach access, balcony, and all amenities is at your own risk. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and exercise caution.

7. Smoking & Pets

Smoking is prohibited inside the Property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 remediation fee. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.

8. Force Majeure

Moore Sunny Daze is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, government-mandated closures, or utility failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Walton County, Florida.
