We're building a custom direct-booking website for Moore Sunny Daze - Maravilla 1403, Miramar Beach, FL. This isn't a VRBO listing or a template you have to figure out yourself. It's a fully designed, conversion-optimized website where guests can browse your property, check availability, and book directly - with zero platform fees.
Here's the big idea: every time a guest books through VRBO or Airbnb, 10-15% of that booking goes to the platform. On a $295/night, 3-night stay, that's about $130 in guest fees alone. With a direct booking site, that money stays in your guests' pockets - and you keep control of the relationship.
We've already built the visual mockups (3 themes to choose from) and the admin dashboard you'll use to manage everything. This page explains the full scope so you know exactly what's included, where we are now, and what happens next.
