What does "white-label" actually include?
Your logo, your colors, your domain (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com), and your branding on client-facing emails and notifications. Clients never see the TransitPin name. We set it up during onboarding; most brands go live the same week.
How does per-vehicle pricing work with multiple clients?
Simple: you pay for the vehicles you operate, regardless of how many clients or riders sit on top of them. Add a 12-bus client? Your bill grows by 12 × $97. Remove a contract? It shrinks the same way.
Can clients manage their own drivers and routes?
Yes, if you want them to. Every client portal supports role-based access — you decide whether a client's manager can edit routes, view driver scorecards, or only see live tracking and reports.
We run non-school fleets too. Does that work?
