By signing below, I acknowledge the pricing outlined above and agree to the terms of service for TransitPin Transportation for the 2026-2027 school year.
View Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement. TransitPin Transportation ("TransitPin," "we," "us") agrees to provide student transportation services for the enrolled child(ren) during the 2026-2027 school year, subject to these terms. Services run on days the child's assigned school is in session.
2. Payment. Fees are billed weekly at the rate selected during registration. Payment is due each Friday for the following week. Accounts more than 7 days past due may result in suspension of service until the balance is current. The $65 registration fee is non-refundable.
3. Schedule Changes & Cancellation. Parents must notify TransitPin of any schedule changes (pick-up location, days, or student additions/removals) at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation of ongoing service requires 1 week written notice. No refunds for missed days.
4. Pick-Up & Drop-Off. A parent or authorized adult must be present at the designated stop for pick-up and drop-off of children under age 12. If no authorized adult is present at drop-off, the child will remain on the route and the parent will be contacted to arrange alternative drop-off. Repeated no-shows may incur a $25 fee per occurrence.
5. Behavior & Safety. Students are expected to follow the driver's instructions and remain seated with seatbelts fastened at all times. TransitPin reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any student whose behavior compromises the safety of the vehicle or other passengers.
6. Delays & Emergencies. We make every effort to maintain posted schedules; however, traffic, weather, and mechanical issues may cause delays. Parents will be notified via SMS of significant delays (15+ minutes). TransitPin is not liable for tardiness resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
7. Liability. TransitPin carries commercial auto liability insurance as required by Georgia law. By enrolling, parents agree to release TransitPin from claims arising from ordinary incidents of transportation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Privacy. Student and family information collected during registration is used solely to provide and communicate about transportation services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Modifications. TransitPin may update these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
